If you find that your Mason Southerly apparel doesn't fit, wasn't what you were expecting, or you need a different size or color please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to process your request.  

Returns and exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks once we receive the items.

This Return & Exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a return and refund.  Additionally:  

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective.

Item(s) must be returned in original packaging, or at least comparable packaging to prevent damage to the item(s) during return shipping.

A $3.50 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for damaged or defective item(s).

1.  Read return policy
2.  Email info@masonsoutherly.com with order number and reason for return/exchange.    
3.  Wait for email to be processed and return/exchange approved
4.  Print return shipping label and send the item(s) back in a secure package.
